"Gospel Gladness" by Kelly Newton-Wordsworth (Spiritual Artist from Australia)

Award winning singer/songwriter, Kelly Newton-Wordsworth, releases another memorable disc, "Gospel Gladness." This album contains a beautiful blend of Christian-folk and a touch of rock music. The lyrics are uplifting and spiritual while they exhibit Newton-Wordsworth's commitment to her religious beliefs. The vocals are strong and sincere and project meaning behind each song. "My Lord Jesus" is pure and simple with stunning vocals and acoustic guitar. Taking a turn to the rock side, "Gethsemane" has a walking bass, guitar, and keys that give off an edgier feel. Your toes will be tapping and your hands will be clapping along to the catchy sing-along song "My God Is My Rock." She has created a terrific version of "Amazing Grace" with an upbeat rhythm and beautiful harmonies. "Live at the Bluebird Cafe" is the latest release by Grammy nominee artist Celeste. Featured on this album is a wonderful collection of performances highlighting Celeste's vocal abilities with various styles and lyrics. This highly talented country/blues singer and songwriter kicks out vocals that are melodic, strong, and alluring. Her bluesy and bold lyrics on "I Can Change My Mind" will have all women nodding their heads in agreement. "Suddenly, We're All French" has witty and fun lyrics which Celeste delivers with easy flowing spoken wordplay. Sweet and tender, "Body and Soul" shows the diversity in style this delightful singer has to offer. "Exposed" by Joe Ercole (Jazz Artist from Georgia(GA))

Accomplished instrumentalist/composer, Joe Ercole gives an outstanding performance with his recently released album "Exposed." A talented and gifted pianist, with several accolades under his belt, Ercole has performed and written for various musical outlets. Original and inventive to the jazz/funk styles of music, Ercole decided to delve into the Arabic musical influences and takes the listener on a new journey of music. The CD is a testament to Joe's creativity and musicianship. Sweet and soothing, "Oasis" is true to jazz form and offers up a moving solo on guitar. "Hypnotize" is a great example of the Arabic persuasion with vocals singing a melodic chant. "Master Suite" changes from the piano to a stinging jazz organ with infectious funky beats. "Exposed" is an exceptional mixture of jazz/funk with a touch of Arabic bringing listeners to a new and refreshing musical voyage.

"Sacred Fire" by Jonae' (Easy Listening Artist from Tennessee(TN))

Melodic and fascinating is the recently released disc "Sacred Fire" by innovative artist Jonae'. With a unique blend of violin, cello, viola, guitar, and world percussion the tracks on this CD have a very rich and instrumentally layered sound. There is a strong rhythmic backing to these songs and a unique sound. The CD is energetic and filled with vibrant and upbeat instrumental arrangements. Take for example the titled track "The Sacred Fire" as the burning runs on the strings gives spirited life to this dynamic piece. Feel the rhythmic beats of the percussion as it swirls around the strings on "Fireflies." Showing a little versatility and moving the tempo to a waltz feel, which is seldom heard these days, "Blue Mountain Waltz" draws attention with the beautiful balance of harmonies of the strings. "Sacred Fire" is a wonderful collection of contemporary instrumentals and is a CD well worth listening to.

"From the Ashes" by Jay Arseno (Pop Artist from Texas(TX))
